After 18 years in business, the Gingerbread Man Downtown closed last summer. All contents will be liqudated in this online auction. Includes walk-in coolers, cooking equipment, bar equipment, decor, furnishings and more.

The winning bidder is responsible for removing all items in an appropriate manner. In addition to large equipment and some furnishings, items such as framed prints, wall shelves, sinks etc are often anchored to the walls. Winning bidder must bring ALL appropriate tools and materials to completely remove their items. If you are not familiar with how to do this it is recommended you contact a professional.

Some items have designated removal days. This means that this item must be removed on that day only.  If you are unable to remove that item on the specified day please do not bid on it.

Street parking is limited.  Parking is available at the RAC warehouse. It is a short 2 block walk from the warehouse to the restaurant.
