I would like to thank all our loyal bidders and consignors for helping to make Restaurant Auction Company one of the top on-line auction companies in the country.  We are dedicated to customer service and our staff with their extensive product knowledge attempts to get the best value for both buyers and sellers.

To date we have 8 auctions scheduled for the months April and May.  The addition of the Delaware auction facility is helping us to better service a broader customer base.  RAC has seen a huge increase in bidders from all over the United States.  We recently have sent numerous items to Hawaii.

We are currently looking at other locations on the east coast to expand our auction house locations.  Please understand that we only set up locations with individuals that have extensive product knowledge and understand that customer service is the most valuable tool we have for success.  Steve in Delaware is doing an amazing job.

I would appreciate any reviews from successful bidders to let us know if we are providing you with the best service we can.  Please understand we try to accommodate every bidders needs but with over 100 successful bidders on most of our auctions sometimes we miss the mark.  Please take the time to send both positive and negative comments to me at keith@restaurantauctioncompany.com – our employees like to hear how they are doing.  Your comments are important to us.  We are always striving to improve everything we do.

Also we are always looking for quality equipment for consignment.  The definition of quality equipment is that the item is in good working order and it is something you would have no problem using in your foodservice operation.  So give us call to arrange to have someone come appraise your items or it can be done via email.  We have pick-up service available.
